Fabulous hotel. Great central location. Rooms are really well designed and comfortable. Staff are friendly, welcoming and very attentive. Lots of sweet little gestures - like welcome fruit in your room and pillows being taken off your bed to prepare your room for a nice stay. Also, an excellent gym available 24 hours a day with 1Rebel training. Small plunge pool on the roof with a great bar area.

The hotel is a tranquil space created in the busy central location. The rooftop pool, decor of the hotel, and the staff (particularly Nikoletta and Mariantha) made our stay. At breakfast, when carrying my two year old and had my three year old, Nikoletta would come and find me and help me plating their breakfast each morning. The team are welcoming and friendly and were just lovely to our two girls. I've stayed in a lot of five star hotels and this one is definitely near the top.

The staff was top notch amazing! Tolis, Fyllis, Xenia, Emilios and Stathi were the best. They should be rewarded for excellence. Always helpful, always kind and thoughtful. The location is perfect and everything is walkable. The rooms and housekeeping were great. Very modern. The jacuzzi on the balcony is a great bonus after a full day walking. I love the rainfall showerhead and spacious bathroom in the suite. The pool is small but was not a big deal since we headed to beach anyway. Would stay here again!

A wonderful and beautiful brand new hotel. Perfect situation in the shopping area close to the sea, a lot of small gifts (champagne at the arrival, bottle of wine, fruits, ...) and a gorgeous rooftop with a 360° view on Thessaloniki. Very comfy and large room (the bed is a dreamer's dream) and bathroom. The staff is super friendly. And the design is just perfect, what a good taste.

Location, location, location. The design hotel is situated right in the center of the city. Within a 10 min walking distance, you may find cafes, shops and interesting sightseeing spots. The interior of the hotel is unique too. Bespoke details and rich textures form an elegant and cosy backdrop. The restaurant and bar on the ground level are very nice too and an excellent choice to relax after a difficult day. The best asset of the hotel though, is the staff. All the people in the reception were very helpful and polite. Especially Fyllis and Georgia. This is one of the reasons that we would definitely choose Monasty hotel, during our next stay in Thessaloniki. Not only because of its perfect location, or the fact that the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. But also because the girls in the reception made us feel like home.
