This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

New, clean, modern hotel. Staff polite. Pet friendly (small bed, bowls and even toys provided).

The location of the hotel is excellent giving access to the whole city easily. The staff are amazing they are some of the best I have come across being very aware and helping even before you have to ask. The hotel is clean, rooms are great and the roof top bar and pool are a great bonus in a central city hotel.

Everything was very good.The staff was very friendly.We take our dog with us and I was very nicely surprised for the preparation in the room for the pets like bed, shampoo,food and water bowls , toy, towel. I think this kind of things are making difference and value of the good hotels. Thank you and we will definitely stay again in this hotel!

Very modern hotel with a subtle lux finish . The rooms were very comfortable with all the extras you would expect. with the veranda doors closed you could not hear a peep from the street. Restaurant food and service were top notch . The stand out were the staff. From check in to checkout they went the extra yard to make you feel welcome. A stand out was Matianthi. This lady was the epitome of just helpful with a very cheerful disposition. The service staff were some of the best I have seen over 30 years of travelling around the globe. Just the right balance of efficiency, friendliness and demeanour . Jus a bit sad we did not have more time in Thessaloniki .
